GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random on or about February 21, 2011, by Administrator, from all eligible entries received prior to 11:59 AM MST, February 20, 2011. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select winners for any remaining prizes by random drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Winners will be determined in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Connect Colorado, Inc. ("Administrator"), whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be notified by e-mail and may be required to complete, sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release. If potential winner does not reply to such notification, if the notification is undeliverable after three attempts, or if the signed affidavit and release is not returned to Sponsor within 10 days of date of prize notification, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. Additionally, in the event that a potential winner is a minor under the age of 18, his/her parent or legal guardian will be notified by e-mail and required to sign and return a Parental Permission Form and Release. In the event that this notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will attempt to re-send up to three times. If no response is received within 10 days of its transmission, or should the e-mail after three attempts be returned as undeliverable, or the form and release are not signed and returned within 10 days of date of notification, such potential minor winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If a prize is won by an eligible minor who is under eighteen (18) years of age at the time of his or her registration and/or at the time of prize drawing, it will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian. Prizes will be awarded approximately 60 days after notification. No substitutions or cash alternates for the prizes will be offered. All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winners, if applicable. Winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
