Receiver Agreement

By purchasing a  or receiver from Connect Colorado, Inc., you agree to the following:

• I certify that I will have the satellite receiver purchased from Connect Colorado, Inc. installed and activated with the appropriate service provider within 30 days of receipt.

• I understand that I may only use this product within the USA and may NOT export it outside the USA.

• I understand that I must activate and maintain in good standing one of the qualifying programming packages for 12 consecutive months.

• If I do not maintain one of these required packages for 12 months without any interruptions or disconnects, then I agree to be charged an additional $50 per each single tuner receiver or $100 for dual tuner receiver on the credit card on file.

• I understand that I can install the receiver myself or I can hire a local installation company at my cost.

• I understand that if I fail to meet any of these requirements, I will have an additional $50 per each single tuner receiver or $100 for dual tuner receiver fee applied to my credit card by Connect Colorado, Inc.

I do also agree to abide by the Return Policy established by Connect Colorado, Inc.
